The Details

You’ll probably need between $150,000 and $200,000 get your Boardwalk Cafe & Games location open.
This includes lease deposits, incorporation documents, insurance, construction, equipment, furnishings, and a whole bunch of board games.

We’re going to give you incredible support during the whole start-up process. From oversight on important decisions like location and layout to the more mundane like insurance policies and employee handbooks.
We’ll introduce you to our industry partners and get you set up with every piece of technology you need to run a smooth operation.
Finally, we’ll have you come to one of our locations for hands-on training and orientation so that, when you open, you’ll know how to handle every situation.

Monthly Royalty: 6% gross

We believe that the minimum population threshold for the long term sustainability in this industry is 75,000. We want to target underserved areas with growing populations in the 25-45 year demographic. Cities with universities are of especially high interest.
